The Mariner 3 is a lot of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mariner 3 is a lot of fun; I'm planning to take it to the springs in Florida. Inflation is quick and easy with a pump. Assembly is simple and doesn't take long. It's stable in calm water and responds well to paddling. The seals have been perfect, with no air leaks so far. Deflating it is quick and easy. Once folded, it's easy to transport. It seems durable.

The best inflatable boat!

Broke after one use
I bought this raft and used it once. Carefully dried it and put it away. About a month later I went to use it, it had a hole in it. Intex would not honour a warranty since the hole was not a split seam. Would not recommend this product.

Not so comfy
The raft did not stay hard and deflated about 39 minutes into the rafting trip and was so uncomfortable even for two adults a lunch size ice chest and backpack and two small toddler kids. You could not sit upright because you felt like you were sinking in. Despite the reviews I wanted to try it out but it just wasn’t worth the price and being uncomfortable for a 3-4 hour ride in a semi deflated raft.

Perfect size but not dependable at all. Don't buy
Lousy warrenty, Intex people don't even respond back to inquires. I have a usless piece of rubber, that I now have to throw out and pay dump fees. I used it 4 times, it worked great, then I found a leak and 4 leaks later, all sealed, now the seams are leaking. What a waste of money, absolute garbage.

Useless
I have used my mariner 3 four times. It leaks at seams. The money and time I have spent trying to find leaks and repair this has been a waste of money and time. I would give this less than 1 star as warrenty only lasts one year.

Cute boat, low quality, useless warranty
I bought Intex Mariner 3 boat in July of 2024. Thought it was great the first few times I took it out. The fourth time I took it out, a large section of the seam came apart. I reached out to Intex and they said it cannot be repaired and since it has been more than 90 days, they won't replace the defective product. Then they said "We, once again, sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope this unfortunate situation does not discourage you from choosing Intex in the near future." The apology does not seem sincere and it certainly will keep me from purchasing anymore expensive Intex products.

Very Bad Quality
The seam ripped after only a few uses and is beyond repair. Terrible quality product! Do not buy this!

We bought this boat and it lasted one short sailing season (3 months) before the seam ripped so badly that it leaks irreparably. Garbage product.

Works great with my sail kit
This makes a great inflatable sailboat with the sail kit that is available on the internet from another seller. The sail kit folds and the boat deflates and teh floor rolls up, so the whole sailboat fits in the trunk of a small car with room left over. And it really sails great, because the hull of the Mariner 3 is pretty firm and rigid when inflated.

Good quality easy to inflate/deflate and store
We are using our Mariner 3 as a dingy for our boat. In 5 minutes we can inflate and outfit the boat. We visit shore/bars and other boats. The put away process is a bit longer but we don't have to pay our marina for dingy storage. The boat quality is good. We wanted one enough that when we couldn't get one locally we paid a 30% premium to have one shipped from Intex. We haven't had our long but so far so good.

Intex Mariner 3 Inflatable Boat
My wife and I love this boat. After doing a lot of research, I settled on the Mariner 3 because of its excellent reputation, features, and price. It's easy to set up and easy to row about on the water. I also like how there are so many Mariner 3 and 4 users around the world who are willing to share their experiences with customizing their boats to meet their needs. I feel like I'm part of a community. Can't wait to add a Bimini canopy and a trolling motor.

Nice Inflatable Boat
We first thought about getting a kayak but this boat is so much better because we can move around and carry more things with us. We also purchased the trolling motor as well which is a must! The boat is very well made and it takes us about 20 minutes to set it up and get going! We are having lots of fun in it and plan on going to many lakes with it.
