Lopsided pool

I bought this pool in February for this summer, love it, BUT THE INFLATABLE RIM IS LOPSIDED...They have sewn in to much on one side making it lopsided. Would love a new pool but now my return time is up. What can I do?

This did not arrive the way it is described

The cover has a lot of deliberately cut holes in it. That will not help me keep pine needles out of it. It is also not what is shown in the website photos. The description says there will be a ground cover tarp and a ladder. Neither of those are in the box.
