Generic dress, not as described

I ordered this, knowing it wasn't coming from Target directly, but was very disappointed to see that the website listed it as "INSPIRE CHIC" branded dress, but I received something branded as "Seta T".. or "Seta J"..? The plastic bag it was in just has numbers and Chinese characters, and the words "liuyuanyuan2". I was not satisfied with this dress or the fabric and am sending it back. It also fit weird on me.
