Q: Hello! Can this bouncer be broken down or taken apart for storage? We LOVED using it but our baby is too big now, and it was a gift and I'm not sure if it is multiple pieces or one unit that cannot be unassembled. Thank you!

  • A: Thank you for the question! Use a screw driver to depress the release buttons on the inside of each hub on the bouncer. From there you can remove the seat tubes from each hub.

Really love this but the design needs revamping

Grand baby loves this and it is really nice but the design of where the light bar lays overhead is terrible! It should be in the middle so when the baby lays in it then don’t have to crank head up to watch, that and the hanging toys face outward?? So they can’t even see the bunnies face? If they fixed this it would be perfect!

Part fall off very cheap product dotn buy!!!

Don’t buy it waste ur money on another item or product not here not this one! The parts fall out of place very poor assembling accessory they do not stick together in place they easily fall off.. the music u need be in a quite place otherwise u can’t hear it! If u just want it at a resting devise for the little one then so be it but otherwise not worth the price ! Very disappointed for being my first so called “rocker”the wires keep disconnecting and appear they can’t be hidden it’s just awful inventory… the part I am pointing too falls off so be careful otherwise the shade looking umbrella with lights can fall on top of ur infants head so be very careful

baby loves it!

my baby loves it. it has a decent bounce and he loves the lights and the little toys at the top. the vibration setting is pretty neat too. i have a tall baby so his feet hang off already at 5 months, probably won’t be able to use it anymore soon. if it were a little bigger/longer it’d be 5 stars. i’m shocked to see all the bad reviews, i loved this bouncer and so did he.

Snaps detach!!! Read!!

Loved this “bouncer” (more like a chair with vibration) up until my daughter turned 4 months. This bouncer says its weight limit is up to 20 Pounds BUT my daughter is 12 Pounds and I noticed the “bouncer” started to squeak AND while researching the weight requirement I saw people stating the snaps detach so while my daughter was in it I looked to see if it was true and the snaps were starting to undo themselves! The more weight, the more the snaps detach. I didn’t want to wait until the snaps fully detached but were no longer using it! Keep your babies safe! Please listen to the reviews!!

Assembly is awful! Broken product

This is my third time sitting down and trying to put it together and I can’t even get past the first step. I realize I think it’s a manufacturing issue because the two bottom bars will not snap together and I’ve asked 2 other people for help. The instructions are so awful and don’t help, pictures that say L and R but then don’t match the physical product!!! I’m so frustrated because I wanted to love this. The least the company could do is provide an assembly video? Can’t they give an influencer a free one and they’ll do it. I started looking for a contact email on their site or instruction book but can not find one. I got this at my baby shower so I’m not sure what to do with it, from my husbands distant 80 year old 2nd aunt so I’m not comfortable asking her for the receipt. I just know she got it at target

Its ok

I love bouncers and bought this thinking it was like previous ones we have owned with our other children but it isn’t. I love the lights and music/sound options, the design is cute and holds up well with baby but this “bouncer” does not bounce. It vibrates and my baby hates that. So he just sits and looks at the lights or I have to bounce it with my foot. Would give 5 stars if that option was available but sadly, it’s not.

Does not bounce.

Got this as a gift. I liked the size of it and the sounds and vibrations. The HUGE dislike I have with this item is it is not a bouncer at all. Unless you have time to sit and bounce the “bouncer” with your hands or feet, there is no bounce to it. The name title should be changed or make sure it bounces on its own.

I was happy to score a deal on this item, but when we put it together it didn't fit correctly. The bar that goes across and above the seat didn't fit properly in to the clips. So it would fall out if you move it at all. The seat itself doesn't seem to fit baby well, he scrunches down and hates it. Not worth the money!

Baby loves it but possible faulty vibration

Well baby really loved this. She loves the lights, ocean waves sound and vibrations. Seems very happy and comfortable. Unfortunately I bought this Sept 19 2023, and as of Jan 2024 the vibration has stopped working unfortunately. The lights and sounds work fine, tried changing the batteries but still no vibration so that is unfortunate. Maybe consider getting the warranty since I’m not out of my 90 day regular return policy. I hate to spend money on a new one since she prob only has a few more months to enjoy before she outgrows it but she definitely not enjoying as much without the vibration.

Doesn't bounce well, would buy another product for the price.

I liked the colors and the position of the seat. However, it does not bounce well. I have to manually move it up and down to have a bouncing effect.
