This size lamp shade--purchased 2--is the perfect replacement for my 40 year old shades that got damaged. I had my measurements, including spider placement in the old shades already so I made the right choice. The old shade is 6 inches taller overall and 24" wide. The new shade is smaller, less overwhelming in the corners and still just the right size for the lamp. The spider placement inside the new shade is perfect.

I had searched all over for a lampshade in this particular size and shade of color. It exceeded my expectations. Extremely well made and has made my lamp look brand new. Easy to install. Highly recommend it.
