NOT the number 1 retriever

I bought this from golf galaxy thinking that this was gonna be good after it said #1 golf ball retriever. I’ve had it for 3 months and have used it a hand full of times, the retriever is now in three pieces. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it did pay for itself, but now I have to get a new one.

Use carefully

Effective tool if it doesn’t break. Weak point is there the screw holds the retrieving piece on the shaft.

Works well when its new, but it has the tendency to get stuck and you cannot fold it back properly.

Good But NOT Great

I purchased this item a couple months ago. Takes a little practice to figure out the method of picking up balls. It was sturdy to start with and held its shape for the first month but now the tubes (which decrease in size and fit in to each other) do not hold so rather than a neat 24" ball retriever it extends to about 72" when you are walking around with it.

Very nice retriever

The inside insert wears out and eventually cracks and balls just slip thru it. Plan on buying one every other year or year. Retriever does work awesome until it cracks. I'm getting ready to purchase my third one.

It works. Well made. If you can't reach or find your own ball, at least you might be able to retrieve another one so your net loss of balls approaches zero. LOL

Perfect ball retriever

Best one I’ve ever had. Very compact. Multiple people in my men’s club have purchased this one after seeing how well it works. I have the 14 foot model. Also works well for getting balls out from desert bushes.

Quality golf ball retriever from a quality company

I received a ball retriever gift from a friend. Dynamic Brands bought out this company and was quality driven. The company's policy is a one year warranty with receipt to prove date of purchase. They backed the product and sent me a new one when a fluke incident caused my retriever to malfunction.
