Not for THE dad book. Id get something with more substance.

Liked that it reinforces the bond between the father and Daniel, my son clearly makes a connection by looking at the pictures. I dislike reading/singing to it because the book is basically the song The Dad sings to Daniel (which is very awkward in beat and tone). Get it for the pictures but I would not recommend for a gift as THE father son book.
