My kids loves the taste and it was easy for them to take . They loved it so much they woke up every morning and took their vitamins first thing. I love that this vitamin has all the benefits to keep their body and eye healthy. I saw that my kids was more active and had better appetite after taking this vitamin. My kids wear glasses so I’m happy that this vitamin has nutrients for their eyes so it can help strengthen it. I already purchased another bottle for them. They’re easy to take, and I feel good knowing they’re getting the right nutrients for their health, especially for brain and eye development. It has vitamins A, C, D, and E, plus Omega-3, which I think is great for their overall well-being. They’re a simple and convenient way to support my kids’ health every day.

He is always excited to take them and loves to find the sticker of the day to continue filling in the picture. I love the ingredients, especially vitamins D & K2, methylated folate, and choline & omegas for brain health. They taste amazing and are soft and chewy. My son eats them right before brushing his teeth in the morning so the gummy doesn’t stay in his teeth. However, because they are sugar free, I don’t have to worry about sugar being stuck in his teeth and causing cavities. I do wish the vitamin B12 was methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, but I do appreciate the methylated folate being included instead of folic acid. Impressive levels of Vitamin D and B6 which from my limited mom research would be really good for their overall health/ immunity as well as brain health. I have often looked for kids gummies that are not just multivitamins, because kids love gummies and giving them 2-4 just seems like a bit much! Interestingly enough they did comment on how much they like the tast of the "yellow one" so there is that. I had always heard about having choline during pregnancy and I love that it is specifically included for this brain health. From my perspective I liked that they were neither chalky feeling or looking and also not covered in dust! I am totally here also for not having any artificial coloring. Oh and two of my kids thoroughly enjoyed the activity too! My youngest gets one gummy and the older ones are given two. Often they even remind me!
