Very poor customer service
I went to target on black friday to purchase these bikes.That they had in their back storage room. The manager on duty jennifer refused to sell me.The bikes told me they have to be built before I can take the bikes home. These bikes were a christmas present for my boys.I'm in a shelter and have a very small spot to even place the bikes.I wanted them in a box, so they would be easier to hide. She told me if I ordered the bikes online.I could get them in a box, so I ordered them online.They got shipped to the store and they built the bikes.Anyways. One bike tire is absolutely frozen cause they tightened it too much, i asked them to fix the bike tire, cause the bike does not move they.Refuse to fix, it told me to go to bike barn and have another company.Fix it. Both bikes have scratches and marks all over it.My children were very disappointed on christmas. Target ruined the one good present.They wanted and had very poor customer service

The Grinch That Stoled Christmas
Nothing wrong with the Product. Its Target They sold me a bike they did not have in stock although the system said they had it in stock and even worst there were no bikes like this available at anystore nearby. Merry Christmas Target this is the second time you have done this to me on Christmas

NEVER EVER BUY THIS BIKE. I have had multiple terrible experiences with it. The first two times, I had to get the bike exchanged within 24 hrs from Target because of the handle being loose and this happned TWICE. It was still not a smooth ride for the next couple of weeks and the gears made sounds but the brakes were fine so I stuck with it. A little over three months, whilst on a slope, the front wheel stopped spinning and I was launched into the air 5ft from incoming traffic. The AllState insurance also wasn't helpful and they basically just referred me to Huffy support and they sent me a youtube video on how to fix my front brake. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT. Risking your life and patience is NOT WORTH IT

Not Safe to Ride
I don't know whether my review has some sognifiance. I got Huffy Highland Bike for my Son 2 -3 yrs back. Connected with Huffy for 2-3 times for different issues. Sorry but the built quality is very very bad. Yesterday, he took the bike on road.He merely escape accident as handle got loose and he fell down. I found that handle has nearly lost all the grooves. I believe this bike is not safe to ride. Below are the consistent problem with the bike: #1 Handle is becoming loose after every few ride as groove in handle almost disappeared #2 crank and spindle assembly gets loose frequently.I am fixing it once every month. Seems problem is with complete unit. #3 Bike stand is of no use. Not able to hold bike. Further, assembly is done by Target not by me This is very dangerous bike.

When I got the bike the break's were broken and the handle was also broken. we tried to fix it but it didn't work. so remember that if it's cheap it doesn't mean that it works
