It tastes just like a strawberry banana smoothie, super creamy and fruity without any weird aftertaste. My husband tried it after his workout and he liked it a lot. He said it’s yummy without tasting artificial. It’s packed with 35g of protein and all the essential vitamins and minerals and keeps him full a few hours after the workout. I don’t think this would work as a meal replacement for him, but it’s a refreshing thing to have after a workout. Give it a try if you like fruity shakes.

I also like that it had some green tea extract to give me a quick boost of energy. My boyfriend is not big on plant based protein drinks but he loved these. In fact finished them all except the bottle I drank. Packaging is different with easy label removal for recycling. I was expecting some dyed drink to make it more appealing but it actually seemed like a natural blend which you can see on the cap in the picture. Excited to try more of these!

The portions are also huge which I like because it’s supposed to be a “meal replacement” with 35g of protein and it definitely does keep you full for a long time. I usually get constipated with protein powder/shakes so this one having 6g of fiber is amazing and I had no stomach issues at all when drinking this. Theres not weird clumps or consistency which I love! Super easy, convenient, and nutritious!

The scent is quite off putting right from the pop of the can but if you like your greens and have ever been to a nutrition store, it has that scent. It is carbonated so I was surprised by that. I was expecting more of a juice consistency. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase it again, but if you’re a health conscious person, I could definitely see this being a terrific alternative.
