Disappointed

This item is unusable. The tray and cup holder are made of thin, flexible plastic and not designed to hold anything heavy. It's cheap and flimsy. Don't buy it.

Arrived broken, too flimsy

Unfortuantely one of these trays arrived broken so I will need to return them. One of the plastic "hooks" near the top of the tray was snapped off so I couldn't even complete step 1 according to the manual, which was to "snap the support frame into the tray." I think the tray was packed broken, as I couldn't find the broken piece of plastic floating around in the box. I was hoping this would be cost-effecitive, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I will be returning and purchasing a more expensive, but sturdier, set of wooden TV trays
