Dead on arrival - HP not helpful

Bought the HP Victus gaming laptop as a gift for my son passing his exams. It has never worked. Never booted. Every day I have been on the chat / WhatsApp with HP support. Still no resolution. I would have thought it would have been quite simple that a brand new laptop that has been diagnosed as faulty would be immediately replaced with no hesitation and an apology. Instead I am chasing HP support every day asking when they are going to provide me with a functioning laptop.

Good laptop, Poor power cable

I bought laptop on 17/9/2025. Laptop wise its really good and excellednt. But charger power cords are not that much good quality. I have shared image of power cord which got damaged within a week period of time and fair cable type. If cable provoded like that means it willnot support for long usage. Actually provid fair cable.

Awesome Laptop

Incredibly fast. Very quick to boot and shut down. Perfect laptop for what I need. I'm not using it for gaming, so I don't know how it compares to gaming laptops. However it very sleek, has a great feel. And is super fast.
