I love that it can flip into tablet mode, and the touchscreen and display are both excellent. The only downsides are that it feels a bit heavy for a compact laptop, and the battery life is just okay. Still, it does exactly what I need it to do and I’m very pleased with it overall.

It’s quick and responsive with no noticeable lag even when I have multiple things open. The keyboard and trackpad are comfortable and the touchscreen has been a big hit with my kids. The webcam is also better than expected for video calls.It’s been a great easy laptop to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14" Laptop is an impressive flip book that has an Intel® Core™ i5 processor, 16GB TAM and 512GB of SSD storage. What’s great about this flip book is that it works on a 360° hinge that adapts to how you want to use it, both vertical and portrait. It isn’t flimsy at all which is one of the worries I have with flip books. The lightweight and slim design makes it so easy for me to carry around in my bag opposed to my 15.6 inch screen laptop. The dual speakers are great with a crisp sound. It also has a 5mp IR camera enabling me to partake in Teams meetings on-the-go with ease. The battery life is impressive.. You get to 15 hours of battery life - I found that I can easily get 6+ hours doing intensive tasks. It gets to 50% recharge in just 45 minutes with HP Fast Charger. The graphics card is great and handles my Photoshop tasks with ease. It’s worth noting that this isn’t a gaming laptop in terms of its internals and design but I have had a go at some basic games which run fine. It has 2x USB-A ports, 2x USB-C, 1x HDMI, 1x display. I love the keyboard (it’s not clunky or noisy) and I really like how big the trackpad is. I massively recommend this 14 inch flip book which caters for most needs, gives impressive viewing angles and is really convenient to carry round.

I bought this a month ago, delivery was good & on-time. It work ok as expected, much faster than my old hp pavilion. However. It has smaller screen than expected, my 14" pavilion is a wider screen and about the same height.

Was trying to replace my specter 360 laptop. This new laptop does not quite come up to spec with my old specter.Laptop. more memory, faster processor but I don't know whether it's microsoft or the laptop.But it's slow. Even the Microsoft solitary app freezes, and I have to terminate it., almost after every game. I've always had hp products. I'm not sure I would buy another one.

I like how light it feels and the 2-in-1 design makes it easy to switch between typing, watching videos, or jotting notes in tablet mode. The battery comfortably lasts through a full day of streaming, browsing or administration work I love the fact that it has a touchscreen this is one of the reasons I decided to pick this computer. My older computer was a touchscreen and I love this feature. The OmniBook 5 performance is great it is so much quicker in every instance then my older laptop from, turning on to browsing the net, to streaming everything works nearly instantly. You can also have numerous different programmes or websites/pages open at once with no slowing down in operation. The screen on the OmniBook is of a extremely high quality and the screen can easily be viewed from any angle. The keyboard and track pad are easy and a pleasure to use. The only problems I have encountered is that there is no Microsoft Office software pre installed so this needs to be bought separately (this could be the same with all new laptops) also I have had trouble connecting the omnibook to our older network drives however I am sure the OmniBook would easily attach to newer network drives this may just be an incompatible issue

I'm also impressed with the laptop's lightweight eco-friendly design, made with ocean-bound plastics and earning an EPEAT Gold certification. As a parent, I want to set a good example for my kids about taking care of the planet and do my bit for the community. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lightweight all in one laptop which can be used as a "normal" style laptop, a tablet with a very responsive touchscreen and a flip book style laptop, all due to the accelerometer built into it. It has decent speed RAM, and a good processor, which is good for the usual Web browsing and word processing needs, but is also good enough to play some quite decent spec games, I logged into xbox ultimate and happily played some games via the cloud. Plenty of space to download games onto the drive, with plenty of space spare.

The colour and definition is fab, very sharp and clear. Keyboard is fine & touchscreen very responsive. So far only completed homework on it so can’t comment on gaming or streaming but would definitely recommend, battery life is good once fully charged and it’s light in weight for carrying about
