I have not installed the Black 202X cartridge as yet and have gotten at least 25 clear copies even though my LaserJet MFP M281fdw tells me that my printer needs attention.

OEM for best results
OEM cartridges are the way to go with HP laser jet printers. I have tried other brands that are "compatible" with HP OEM cartridges but always had issues. Save your money and use HP cartridges as they are the most efficient and dependable cartridges around. Quality speaks for itself.

HP states 3300 pages from this cartridge. I feel that is very close to how many I got out of my last cartridge. As long as this printer doesn’t fail, I’ll stick with it. Good job HP

Cartridges appear to be after market not new?
Boxes are not the standard black and white colors, but appear to be after market all white boxes. Makes you think the cartridges may be after market and not actually new. The cartridges are ridiculously overpriced. Just the 2 black ink cartridges cost over half of what I paid for the printer when I purchased it new. I also bought the 3 color cartridges so the total cost was more than I paid for the printer.
