Installation was very easy. Removal of the old toner then replacing it with a new toner only took a couple of minutes.

Printer set up for another couple of years.
While the price may seem high, the quality of print and the number of pages achieved easily makes the use of a laser printer worthwhile. No wasted ink cleaning heads and the print is waterproof. Delivery is first class and being able to return empty units for re-cycling at no cost is an added bonus.

Poor quality toner cartridge
Received theoretically a brand new HP black toner cartridge and discovered the rubber roller was covered in yellow toner. I do not understand how a brand new cartridge can have a roller with yellow toner on it unless perhaps it has been recycled.

Wasteful, expensive, problem not solved.
The printer is in perfectly good condition with a new imaging drum and new toner cartridges, however, since windows no longer supports this model we have no working printer to use. Our desktop is HP and our printer is HP. We have spent a great deal of money on printer cartridges to no avail. It seems the only recourse is to dispose of a perfectly good printer in favour of an upgrade that windows will support. Not pleased. Not good for the planet. Please advise
