Q: My boxed mask is missing an ear. Is this perhaps part of the “some assembly” required or is it damaged?

A: Hi Riv, Thank you for your question! The How to Train Your Dragon Toothless Mask does require some assembly which includes attaching the ears to the mask itself. A: Hi Kim, thank you for your question! To fill the How to Train Your Dragon Blast and Roar Toothless Mask, first pour clean cold, non-distilled water into a bowl. Squeeze the water dropper in the bowl until the 15 ml fill line inside the dropper. Remove the lid on top of the Toothless mask and slowly use the water dropper to fill the Toothless mask. Once the water compartment is full, re-cover the compartment securely. We hope this helps!

I checked 5, all missing an ear
My daughter picked this out as a gift for my son originally from a different store but on his birthday we realized it was missing an ear. went back to the store and all the others were also missing an ear.. so I ordered one from Target and when I picked it up, it was also missing an ear. so obviously there's an issue with ears staying secure and falling out of the open packaging. it was always the same ear too. We returned it and went with something else.
