Great Price, Comparison Promising
I still had some genuine Hoover (OEM) Type Y bags, so I did a comparison between those and these EnviroCare Technologies bags. Both are Made in China, and they appear to be the exact same size (for my Hoover Wind Tunnel upright). The EnviroCare bags have a closure sticker, to prevent dust clouds when discarded, but the genuine Hoover bags seem more like fabric/cloth (the EnviroCare bags feel a bit more like paper). I expect them to work just fine, but I'll update this post if I have any usability issues. The price is certainly right!
