Poor air filter-clogged drain unclearable
We use the bucket and empty when full and from time to time the water puddles on the flood. The filter is insufficient to keep dust out of the water line and we cannot clear the blockage so we have to use a tray under the unit to catch the water. Never again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Removes a shocking amount of water from the air. Nice soothing hum with 2 speeds. Dried the carpets in a room after shampooing within 3-4 hours. Got the humidity down to 38%. It'll be 90%+ humidity outside and below 50% in our house. Definitely will purchase again. Way more cost effective than a whole home dehumidifier and without cutting into your ceiling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set up the machine in my fathers basement after having mold remediation performed. It was very easy to set up and after 5 hours had reduced the moisture level from 55 to 47. The motor is very quite. I made the correct decision by purchasing a Homelab product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is excellent! I didnt intend to us it first in my house but I have dried out a bathroom for a few days that smelled a bit odd. Im amazed how much water it collects but then I am in the Pacific Northwest. I have also used the filter to help clear the air of the fresh paint smell. It has a few buttons I have not used yet and I have not yet used the hose, but I will soon. I got the first purchaser discount in email before I committed my cart.

Just installed and loving it so far. This unit with the pump, by far, pulls more water out than any other dehumidifier I have owned. Love the wi fi feature as I am away alot. Only concern I have is the pump only turns on when bucket is full. It then pumps until the bucket float indicates the bucket is no longer full, yet, there is still alot of water in the bucket that is just sitting there. Wished the unit bypassed the bucket right to the pump out, or, at least, pumped the bucket dry. Standing water is just adding humidity back to the area and possibly mold issues. Am I doing something wrong? Would have given 5 stars if this issue can be fixed.

The pump feature works really well and has reliably maintained humidity level as set. The Wi-Fi features are nice to have as well. The test will be its durability and reliability. I've had many dehumidifiers that have conked out after a year or so. Hopeful that the hOmeLabs unit performs better than most.

Using in a garage
We have a lake home on the MN/Canada border that we frequent about once a month. I have an unattached garage that we built 4 years ago. It is tight and well insulated. I have noticed some mold growing on the walls and on cloth materials in that garage since the humidity builds up while we are gone. I decided to purchase this unit for 2 reasons. First, the fact that it has WIFI capability lets me control it from my phone. There are often sporadic power outages which caused my old dehumidifier to shut off and not always turn back on when the power was restored. This device continually runs and I have had no issues with the power outages. I can monitor the device while Im away from my phone. The WIFI feature is very handy for me in this situation. Second, the reservoir pump works great for the disposal of the water. I have the small line running to a sink in my garage. Not having to worry about the line sticking out under the garage door to drain is helpful. It will also keep critters out of the garage. Overall I have only had the unit for a short time, but it seems to be working great and I am please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best product on the market at a great price! This is my third unit and they are all still working. My first unit is over 4 years old and runs just like day one. You do have to clean the air intake filter regularly and clean out the water catch once a month. The last unit I bought did have the water pump system and it works amazing!! No more emptying the water catch and it pumps the water through the water line (Included) up to 16 feet vertically, so it works well in my basement. I have water drain line running to the washing machine drain. I recommend this unit if you have a basement.

Mustiness gone!

Love the fact that I can put it on and not worry about emptying any buckets. It looks and works great. The mustiness of the room in our basement is gone! Im going to try it in another room in the basement after I (can hopefully) get a longer hose. Hope it lasts through the years!!

I am tremendously impressed by the dehumidifier. Its efficiency and low db. Thankfully I have the pump model as the amount of water removed from the air is amazing. This is a a well engineered and very high quality product.
