Very Poor Quality

This piece is incredibly flimsy - I don't expect it to hold up for very long. If you buy this, don't tighten the screws very much - we broke four of them just trying to make sure they were tightened properly. The bottom of the cabinet is just a veneer sheet, not an actual piece of wood, so it can't hold any weight without significant reinforcement. (I had intended to store my mixing bowls in here; looks like I'll need to come up with a different plan). The back of the unit is also made up of veneer sheets; if you're planning to have this in the middle of your kitchen as an island like we are, be careful not to accidentally kick the back because your foot will definitely go through it without much effort. The instructions were terrible - often times showing holes that weren't actually present on the parts themselves. There were no descriptions whatsoever, so it was difficult to determine the orientation of the unit at times. Over all, I'm very displeased and would return this, if not for the hassle of having to break it down and ship it back. I don't think it will be long before we look to replace this.
