Nice and sturdy but there are issues

We put together the rolling shower/toilet chair and it is very sturdy and the quality is good. BUT, one we had my dad sit in the chair we could not roll it. We pushed hard and nearly knocked him out of the chair because it tipped forward. We even had two people try to push my dad and it would lean forward. We felt he could fall forward onto the ground. Maybe it's weighted wrong and should have it weighted towards the back. Too bad, bc it was a good price and sturdy.
