Q: Would an average pan fit in one of the cabinets? Like a 18" L x 10.5" W pan for sautéing.

  • A: The cabinet's internal size without the adjustable panel is 15" W x 14.4" D x 20.5" H. An 18" L x 10.5" W pan may not fit lengthwise but should fit in widthwise. Alternatively, you may need to position it diagonally or vertically. Please ensure to check the dimensions carefully.

Cute, but a little hard to put together for a chef

First, this is a nice looking cart. But it took me nearly 11hrs to put together since the directions were a little hard to follow and had to re-do a few pieces. That being said, I’m not the best at putting these types of things together, but this was far the most difficult for me. The “spice” rack doesn’t hold most the spices I own, but apparently I buy bulky organic spice containers (from Target). It is rather narrow & have no idea what I’ll put in there. Also, I hoped the opposite towel rack bar would unscrew & I could put paper towel on it. Nope. It’s screwed in without an adjustment. I also over tightened a side and the particle board started to buckle. The top does seem to be real wood? I put a cutting board on top anyway. It’s nice looking. If you’re not handy, I’d highly recommend asking for some help. I nearly went mental putting it together.

Picture Instructions

The instructions are only pictures and it was a bit difficult to understand what part was what but we figured it out. Is big enough to be useful and small enough not to take over a small kitchen. Absolutely love it.

So happy I bought this island!

This island cart is very well made. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pieces. This is not your standard pressed wood furniture. I was able to put the entire cart together by myself without any tools other than a screwdriver. I think that says a lot for a 66 year old female. The drawers roll smooth as glass. I was very impressed with how all the pieces lined up perfectly, as so many of these DIY products just don't come together quick right. The casters roll easily. I am overall just very impressed.

Absolutely perfect!!

Absolute perfection! Our entire family loves our new kitchen island! I had done my research for quality and price. I hit the jackpot with this find! We opted not to put doors on both sides for a more styled look. We all use the island to chop on vs our counters. My husband is 6ft and he still prefers to chop everything on the island versus the counters. The grey was a beautiful combo with the white cupboards. Even when we don't lock the wheels it doesn't roll around. Would definitely buy again! Not too big not too small.

College Daughters Apartment¡ PERFECT!

Four gals in a college apartment with not much storage, but some space to allow the island. Assembly may have been difficult due to lack of experience. Now it's an every day/how did we manage without it! Great smaller island with storage; spice area and an additional work surface! Great piece! Delivery was delayed, but¡ worth the wait!

Great kitchen cart with industrial wheels

Bought this for my wife, it is indeed what she wanted believe it or not! Item arrived quickly to my surprise as it is about 70 lbs. Cart is strong and sturdy and looks great when put together. Strongly recommend this cart!

Loving it

I am loving my new island. Took me a long time to put it together, but it was worth the time. The only problem is a couple of the instructions had the wrong part numbers, but it was easy to figure out.
