Doesn't work for advertised purpose

It’s so frustrating that this is advertised as a storage station for over the toilet because there’s no way it would work for that purpose. I measured the area exactly to make sure this would fit in my bathroom correctly, but I didn’t account for the giant stability bar at the base of it that would block any and all piping from the toilet to the wall. I know such a tall piece of furniture needs a stability bar, but why is it so so large and so low to the ground? I can’t imagine in what bathroom this thing would fit properly.
