Failure to be delivered as promised

I have not received it yet. Order on 14 December 2025, shipping label created 15 December 2025. The purse was supposed to arrived 22 December 2025. On 21 December 2025 I received a notification it was delayed until 29 December 2025. It was a Christmas gift but I will return it as soon as it arrives.
