Tomi Adeyemi es autora de Hijos de sangre y hueso, es número 1 en ventas de The New York Times y Premio Hugo 2019 a la mejor obra de ciencia ficción o fantasía. Tras graduarse con nota en Literatura Inglesa por la Universidad de Harvard, recibió una beca para estudiar la mitología y la cultura de África occidental en Salvador (Brasil).
