I was told the item wasn't ready yet and I should come back (1/2 hr. drive). When I got home I read thru all your info and could see there was still stock available. I believe that I should have been told where it was and I could have walked to that aisle and gotten it. Instead I was told to come back next day. I was then told the next day that it was in stock and where to find it. I didn't after searching every toy section and was so frustrated I picked another gift. People were friendly, but not really helpful.
