They sent the wrong rug

my package had a different safavieh rug - quality seemed fine but it was a completely different color and style than the one i ordered, and returning is going to be such a pain. i don't know if this happens often with whatever warehouse they're using but i'm really not happy about it and don't think i'll be trying again
