    Carving knife that gets the job done

    This knife is a quality item that completes my set of knives. I only needed a carving knife to add to my chef's knife, Santoku knife, bread knife, paring knife, and serrated utility knife to make sure I had everything I needed (the set I have also has a sharpening steel and steak knives). I love the look and function of these knives. I should be set for a long, long time.

    great slicer

    This is a very good slicer/carving knife. The forged steel blade is very strong and sharp. The thin profile makes straight accurate thin slices. The handle is very comfortable to hold as well. I am very happy with this knife and the price cant be beat.
