Frustrating Experience with Replacement Process
I received my cookware set with broken lids. While they acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement, it’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting—with no clear shipping date and multiple follow-ups on my end. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
