Shipping issue!

The item itself is 5 stars. However, the first package arrived completely open and the sweater had clearly been dropped on the ground or maybe even stepped on? Dark dirty marks all over. I returned and then recordered the item thinking that was likely a fluke. Nope!!! The replacement arrived completely open as well just like the first! The second sweater was not damaged at all though so I decided to keep it. Not sure why both packages would arrive completely open but order at your own risk. Otherwise I am happy with the item. The fit is oversized in a great way. I’m between a large and XL and the large is perfect.
