Winter Cap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits me nicely, but it is thin and cold air gets through to my head and gets cold or freezing at 39 F or below. It is nice for at 40s F or above. I live in Rochester, NY which gets to 20s F and teens F and need thicker, warmer winter cap.
