Best gloves for everyday work in the cold

First off these clubs do not keep your hands warm and very cold weather second off there’s a button that you have to take off and put the mitt over the glove because the glove has the end of the glove has fingers that are exposed and I never knew this otherwise I never would’ve bought this product It’s also very difficult to take off and I wouldn’t recommend it.

My new favorite gloves
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these gloves...I do hope the thread loops that hold the mittens back do not give out. My old gloves had magnets that worked quite well. Also wish the thumbs in the gloves also had cutouts to expose the thumbs. However these gloves are well constructed and quite warm without being to bulking.

Women need more options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far they work well. The button that keeps the converter in place is ridiculous—impossible to manage in cold weather with one hand. Velcro would have been a better bet. Also, even the mens/ small is too big. Why not make the women’s converter gloves in different sizes too?!—originally, I ordered the women’s and they were too small but there were no other options.

Not good
I've got 2 issues with my gloves, size and quality. I ordered a L/XL and if that's the way the company sizes them they run quite small. After wearing them just a few times the threads are coming apart in 3 different places, very disappointed.

Good but poorly made
The gloves are nice, very warm and comfortable but after less than a few weeks, the mitten part started to come off and I had to return them. They would be great, but they are not well made.
