High intensity training recovery aid
Despite it's very masculine product branding, this product works well for anyone (male or female) to rebalance aminos after any high intensity workout, either weights or high intensity cardio where much of the workout is at 80-95% of max heartrate and/or VO₂. It's a high quality broad spectrum amino acids supplement that's has much higher dosage than most other similar products and as such is a more convenient supplement for high intensity training program.
