This was delicious. It made for a delicious main for a female adult, topped with a few cracks of pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. I supplemented my meal with a couple pieces of bread and a little bit of lettuce to soak up the rest of the sauce. Truly delicious! This is now in my favorites list and I will be purchasing it again soon!

Healthy and Convenient! I was pleasantly surprised by the Healthy Choice Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry. The vegetables were crisp and colorful, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The sauce added a nice savory touch without being too heavy or salty. It’s a great option when I need something quick and nutritious. I do wish the portion was a bit larger or had more chicken, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5—but overall, it’s a solid choice for a frozen meal. Will definitely buy again!

Chicken Teriyaki
Healthy Choice Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is a quick and tasty meal. It only takes 5 minutes to cook and has enough sweetness to give the taste of teriyaki while keeping calories low. I like that is has 23g of protein which is an important part of my diet. Overall, this one has good flavor compared to other Healthy Choice dinners.

Disapointed
i enjoy quite a few of the healthy choice meals, but this one was very disappointing. All of the broccoli was just stems (florets are pictured on the box) and there was only 2oz of chicken. The protein grams do not add up. Also, the added gums in the sauce made it thick and gluey. I won't be buying this one again.

Not good
Gave my mother a tough stomach ache and me the runs, even though it was cooked to the specified 165 degrees. And it did not really taste very good.

False Advertisement Picture
Smelled delicious, tasted pretty good, could use a little salt. Main issue- Where’s the rest of it. Picture on box shows a full bowl. In reality it’s about 4 spoonfuls. This is a snack at best for a grown adult. Box picture is False Advertisement- probably 2x or 3x the quantity of items in 1 box. Would include actual pictures but don’t see how to attach them.

Far from the best of these meals
Firstly, I realize the packaging rarely shows an accurate photo of the food inside. However, this particular meal clearly shows chicken that is seasoned, or at least with some kind of grilled or baked texture. I found no such thing inside. The chicken in these are just basic, irregular fatty chicken chunks (and a couple of mine were straight up strips of fat.) So that was disappointing. I also felt the dressing/sauce was super bland, which surprised me. I absolutely love several other meals in this line, and primarily for the gravy/sauce — but this one just doesn’t impress with ANY component. Eaten together, felt very plain and bland. Skip this one! Keep eating the other Steamers meals if you already like other flavors.

The taste was okay but the portion was quite small. Too many broccoli stems and not enough florets. I was at least expecting some rice in there and there was none.
