How to Bake Instead of Microwave
I eat high protein and low carb. I don't microwave. At all. I saw/purchased and I decided to experiment. I thawed the package contents on the counter. I used a small oven-safe open casserole (like the kind restaurants use for scallops or fish), coated it with olive oil spray and mixed the chicken, broccoli and sauce together in it. I added an ounce+ of shredded sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses on top so that it lightly covered the chicken and broccoli. I preheated the toaster oven to 400 and put the casserole in the oven and baked for about 20-25 minutes until the cheeses were browning. I let it cool for about 8-10 minutes. I served it by putting the casserole on the dinner plate. It was very tasty and I will use this regularly when I heat my husband's lasagna that we get at the local prepared food market.

The best freezer meal if you're watching carbs
Been in love with this meal for years now. Some improvements could be made on the sauce... it's just quite watery after the steaming process. I would much rather a thicker sauce even if it's a bit more sparse. However, everything else is perfect. Great portion of chicken and broccoli, extremely convenient, tastes good, and the macros are unbeatable. This is the perfect lunch esp if you work in an office or something. Pull it out of the freezer and pop it in the microwave and you're all set for a good portion of fiber and nearly 30 grams of protein. For just under 200 calories, you can't beat that without cooking for yourself. If you're watching carbs in any sense at all, this is perfect. You're either saving carbs for later, or keeping them low in general.

Easy to prepare, makes for a quick meal, though for me a big salad, or more vegetables are needed. If you add a salad like I did, then it will be a full meal. The chicken looks pretty ick until you stir it into the sauce. The sauce was creamy. I always think these meals need more vegetables.

Lacking flavor
This one isn’t one of my favorites but it’s just okay. I find it too be lacking in flavor. I do however like the amount of protein it has and the low calories. It only takes 5 minutes to cook so if you’re short on time it’s great to have in the freezer.
