It works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works, but it can be better. There’s still a lot of dandruff in my sons hair. But a lot of it went away, but the smell of the shampoo is absolutely horrid. I mean this product could work on other peoples heads, but it didn’t work the best of my sons.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your son's experience with our Mens Sandalwood Anti-Dandruff 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner and apologize he has not experienced relief. We know this can be frustrating and want to help. Dandruff and itching is caused by a microbe on the scalp. Everyone has this microbe but about half of us have a sensitivity to it, which causes irritation, flaking and redness. It's very important to use Head & Shoulders a minimum of 2 days a week, for at least 6 weeks. For maximum results, use it every time you shampoo. When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features (scent, size, design) that we think you will love. We know that preferences can vary from person to person. We always take consumer feedback into account when making changes or designing future products, so we'll be sure to share your comments on this with the rest of our team.

Smells amazing & works incredibly well.
Bought this today & I’m a big fan of the sandalwood scent. Worked really well at cleaning my hair too. Love this shampoo, will definitely buy again.

Nice stuff, works fine
I have light dandruff, but I buy this stuff for itchy scalp. It works fine. I like sandalwood, but this doesn't smell like sandalwood to me. It smells nice, but not sandalwood. It works for my needs, so I'm good with it.

I have always had a hard time finding a shampoo that smells great but didn't bother my scalp and make it itchy. That's why I love this shampoo I get the smell I want without the itchy scalp the next day.

Great 2-in-1, decent scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the shampoo for it's anti-dandruff qualities. It really works... and lives up to the Head & Shoulders brand quality. When choosing the Sandalwood scent, I was expecting a nice manly woodsy scent. Rather this shampoo smell is a little underwhelming. It really doesn't have the wood like quality I had expected. However, it does leave my head dandruff free, not oily, and smells much better than the standard dandruff shampoos. Overall, I like it and would recommend.

A bit too pungent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a few weeks and used it only twice. It has a good lather and you don’t need much to be be able to spread it on. Unfortunately, the sandalwood aroma is much too pungent for my style. In the future, I’d go for something a bit more subtle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a huge sandalwood loving family and have some very authentic sandalwood incense. This is no where close to sandalwood. I use head and shoulders for my dandruff but I will stick to the regular kind for sure.
