Spout leaks water onto the counter

In short, the rotating swivel spout tray leaks water onto your counter I bought this in late January and have been trying everything to make this 100 dollar dish rack work. It looks nice and holds a lot but the fact that it consistently leaks water onto your counter ruins it!

Make my countertop organized

Overall, it is very sturdy and nice dish rack. I wish top tier rack was little lower, my kitchen cabinet is pretty low so very tight but still it holds enough plates and bowls. Spout also stretched to reach the sink Love it!
