Material is 90% cotton, 10% polyester. Website lists material as just "cotton" but that is not true. See photo. I double checked that I had received the correct product number 09142. Sleeves were also too tight for me but I would not have kept it even if it did fit since I can't stand polyester. It's so hard to find 100% cotton nowadays, the least you can do is update the product listing to be accurate. Save customers the frustration of buying something that's not as expected. And please bring back 100% cotton basics!

Disappointed with the style change.
Another example of fixing something that wasn’t broken. The classic style was awesome, then someone decided to skimp on fabric and selling the idea of a slimmer modern fit. The sleeves are to tight and no longer loose around the midsection.

It's soooo nice to have something made out of cotton vs. synthetic. It's super soft and comfortable. Pricing was good also. Would like more shape to it instead of a boxy fit, but I'm more concerned about the material and craftsmanship. Thanks Hanes for not dropping your quality a ton like your competitors are doing.

Don't skimp on the material
I have been the same size for 15 years. I have purchased these shirts for several years. Don't be so cheap and add the fullness back into the sleeves. They're tighter than I like. Don't skimp just to make a buck. I'd pay an extra buck or two to have something that fits.

I removed a star because…
I’ve purchased Hanes t-shirts many times and I always return to stock up. This style for me seems to be slimmer in the sleeves than I like. The sewn tag on the inside neckline has sharp corners that poke my skin. I had to remove it on all the t-shirts. For these two reasons I removed 1 star.

I bought 2 of these tees before a vacation. When I tried the tee on the one sleeve was so tight compared to the other. I can't wear these, so uncomfortable. Poor quality, obviously no quality control. I've never had this problem all the years I've been purchasing Hanes...

Sleeves were stitched very tightly and the left seam of the shirt was torn. Definitely a lesser quality product than the last shirts I purchased a couple of years ago.

Seams unraveling
Bought six to rotate as a baseline for work. Started wearing them less than two months ago and the seams are unraveling. It's as if the serge stich setting was too loose. For context, I tumble wash in cold water and hang to dry. These lasted 2-3 washes. Very disappointed as growing up Hanes used to have a reputation for quality. And I cannot take advantage of their "OUR COMFORT GUARANTEE" policy as I do not live in the USA (which also means I paid a hefty exchange rate). Do not waste your money.
