Sensitive kid approved! My daughter who wears a size 3/4 did well with the mediums. I would not say they are too big. Just the right size for 3/4. She liked that they were "snug" (her words) around her feet. They seem like durable socks. I like that they are not no shows.

Best socks for sensory issues
My kids have wide feet and sensory issues. These are the only socks that they like wearing even though they aren't cute, but basic. I also like that they fit longer than other brands because they run only a tad big, but not overly so. Super soft and sturdy.

Nice but runs really big
I ordered the medium (10.5-4) for my daughter who wears a size 13 little kids shoe, and they are huge. They are at least twice as big as other socks that fit her. They are nice socks overall, but the sizing is off. I would recommend buying one size down.
