Douglas M. Teti, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at The Pennsylvania State University. H. Harrington Cleveland III, JD, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at The Pennsylvania State University.
