A: Hi there, HALO Here. This product can cover any PJ's to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. We do not recommend tucking arms into the halo sleepsack.

Halo also makes a velcro Swaddle, which covers the arms and hands. You can always cover hands with mittens to prevent scratching, but our NICU nurses told us that the benefits of letting the baby explore its hands outweigh the risks of scratches, while heal quickly.

A: "Our products with the two-way zipper will have a zipper cover at the top of the SleepSack. The inverted zippers do not have this cover." answer is not true. i have a one way zipper and has cover.

Currently we do not offer a method to determine which SleepSack will have a two-way zipper, so you may need to look at the product images to confirm its zipper style. Our products with the two-way zipper will have a zipper cover at the top of the SleepSack. The inverted zippers do not have this cover.

A: HALO here. This sleepsack is rated 0.5 TOG and is ideal for room temperatures that reach 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. The warmest items we have are the micro-fleece and velboa sleepsack swaddles.

A: ALO TOG recommendations are a guideline to help parents select which material is best. All babies run at different temperatures and are comfortable with different levels of insulation. Please observe your babies behavior and temperature for the first few days and adjust if needed. The TOG rating should only be used as a guide. Please keep in mind that layering allows great flexibility in keeping babies warm and cozy without overheating. The SleepSack Wearable Blanket is suitable for a wide range of temperatures by adjusting the clothing worn underneath it. Babies can wear anything from just a diaper, to a long sleeve bodysuit or a cotton coverall.

A: HALO here. We DO NOT recommend using a SleepSack Wearable Blanket that does not correspond to your baby’s current size. The purpose of the wearable blanket is to keep your baby from having any excess material that may bunch up around the baby’s nose or mouth. If the baby is wearing a wearable blanket that is too large, there is a potential for the baby's head to slip through the neck hole or for excess material to bunch up around their face.

Love Our SleepSacks!
We have been using these for our baby since he was tiny, and they have allowed him to sleep comfortably while providing us with peace of mind. They work in both the summer and the winter, and I like the ones with the dual zipper because they make diaper changing easy.

Feels very cheap, thin & rough
This is our first Halo brand product and we’re honestly so surprised by how popular this brand is, and specifically this product, because we found it to feel incredibly cheap. The overall design is fine (nothing notable though), but the fabric is VERY thin & rough (even after washing prior to using) and the overall construction feels very cheap/like it will quickly deteriorate with use and washes. This feels like super cheap bed sheet material at best. We purchased the Kyte Baby sleep sack, which is SO much softer, with a much better zipper design and just overall seems much comfier for our little one (definitely worth the higher price point). We’ll definitely be returning this, since we only used it once before replacing it with a much nicer option.

Pricey for how long it lasts
The cream color is more of a pink. After about two months of wear, the zipper made a hole on the small piece of fabric that covers the zipper. The one thing I really liked about this blanket is that it’s very soft.

The blue woodland print and the solid light blue both have two way zippers! This is an absolute must have for late night diaper changes. These are so soft, breathable, and warm. Perfect for summer when our ac is set to 71/72 degrees. My baby is four months old and 50th percentile for height; I went with the medium and it fits him very well with room to grow. These also fit perfectly at the neck; not too tight but I don’t have to worry about this accidentally moving and covering his nose/face at night either. Definitely my favorite sleep sack/wearable blankets!

This runs huge compared to other halos
My baby is too long for the size small in halo.. so I purchased a medium it’s HUGE! Like wth it could fit a 3 year old? I’m going to wash it and hope it shrinks this is ridiculous. Way to big of a jump between a small to a medium..

Double zipper no longer
These no longer have a double zipper and the zipper clasp is right under his chin. I can't imagine a worse design.

The sleep sack is only good for the summer or warm climates. Super thin! Wish it were a little thicker. Really loud zipper. Also runs super large so it is a suffocation risk!
