I am extremely dissatisfied with this company’s misleading return policy and the complete lack of accountability from their customer service team. My order was delayed in shipping by multiple days beyond the projected delivery date, yet when I attempted to return the item, I was told I was outside the 30-day return window—not because of when the product arrived, but because they start the return countdown from the shipping date, not the delivery date. This is never clearly stated up front, and it creates a situation where customers can easily lose their right to a return through no fault of their own. A “30-day return policy” becomes meaningless when several of those days are eaten up by shipping delays that the customer cannot control. When I contacted customer service, the experience only got worse. I was told they were already aware this is an issue, that it’s something they are “working on” and “will change in the upcoming year,” yet they offered absolutely no remedy, no exception, and no accountability for the delay that put me outside the return window in the first place. A company admitting a policy is flawed while refusing to help the customer directly affected by that flaw is unacceptable. Overall, between the deceptive return policy practices and the dismissive customer service response, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they truly do fix these issues, but based on my experience, I will not be shopping here again.
