I ordered 3, 2 came damaged, end of wand broken off. I called and you sent replacements, again broken. Packaging was terrible. I will be returning all of them. You can send me a return label or I will be bring all back to canton Ohio store as I definitely want credit for the first 3. So disappointed.

It is perfect! Came packaged in several boxes with styrofoam protecting it and no broken or missing pieces! I am absolutely obsessed! Very happy as her eyes are also not crossed as some are on many of the other Glinda ornaments I’ve seen!:)

Target doesn’t know how to pack breakable items for shipping. This and another ornament came broken…lack of packaging. Wrapping it in paper isn’t going to protect it without some sort of bubble wrap.

DO NOT order this online. I wish I'd read the other reviews prior to ordering. Mine also came in damaged. The wand was broken and one of her arms was misisng plastic and is just a wire. The ornament was just floating freely in the box, no bubble wrap, no paper, nothing. No wonder it's destroyed. Taking it back to the store to return. They only refund the price of the product if you paid for shipping, seems a bit unfair if the product comes in utterly destroyed.
