I absolutely loved the look of this chair—it’s a beautiful, unique accent piece and the materials felt high quality. Unfortunately, the assembly was a major issue. The pre-drilled holes did not align with the frame and arms of the chair, and no matter how much I tried, it was impossible to assemble correctly. This appears to be a quality control problem. I was very disappointed because I ultimately had to return the item. Packing it back up and hauling it to UPS was a big hassle, and there was no attempt to remedy the situation other than requiring a full return. It’s a shame, because I really wanted to keep this chair.
