Cat wheel issues

This car wheel is incredibly loud & not smooth for our car to run on. We had a one fast cat wheel & it was amazing. This time has a pedometer that doesn’t work but the item would be too much of a hassle to take apart & return as we don’t have a vehicle large enough. I tried to call and email the company that makes it & there’s no working number & my emails are returned.
