Great Quality Shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed by the quality and size of this shelf. It is well made with thick sturdy wood and quality that I can rely on to last. This shelf was deep enough to fit bins for organization as well as our larger wooden building blocks.

SMELLS

I was excited to find this supposed Greenguard certified shelf because that, in my experience, means very, very low odor and that is especially important in products meant for children. However, this REEKS. It’s not the temporary “I just opened the box” smell, it’s a strong chemical odor that is embedded in every piece of it, most notably the cloth baskets. There’s no way I can use it. I just had foot surgery. This is big and heavy. I’m extremely disappointed and mad. Item description is misleading. Avoid if you care and/or sensitive to odors.
