Nice quality but somewhat difficult to put together

The quality of the wood looks nice. However, it was somewhat difficult to put together. Some of the pre-drilled holes did not line up appropriately and I needed some additional supplies from the hardward store to remidy the situation. I would have returned the product or asked for a replacement if it was easier to get in the box. Unfortunately, with such a large product it was impractical to return once I had started putting it together.

Great shelf, bad smell

Beautifully made shelf, very happy with it. The only bad part was the terrible fumes from the finish. Had to take it out of my daughter’s room to off gas outside for a few days, and it still has a mild smell a week later :/
