I’m unsure how to describe the fragrance, as it changes, and I know it will smell differently on other people. Soft, feminine, light, beautiful. I’ve tried others over the years, but try is all I do. it was over 20 years ago I felt in love with this fragrance. I kept the name secret so everyone that knows me were calling this perfume after my name. But this new version does not last long as the old version. Also the design of the bottle has been quite a disappointment as it made the perfume looks just an average/common! compared to previous round luxurious&elegant design. So, please do your trick and give us what we were in love with before. PS: sorry for being selfish and not recommending this to others ;) Many thanks xx

I have worn L’Instant for years. Everywhere I go people comment on its light scent. Recently I have not been able to find in the USAA. A friend bought a bottle in France for me. And then I found the Guerlain site. I will never run out again!!!

I was using this perfume from 2003. This is (was) my signature perfume for 20 years. New verision of L'Instant is not even close in projection or lasting time as "old" version. Even if you compare new version edp with old edt..not even close. This is more summer, spring perfume now..so like an old fan, I'm dissapointed and pretty sad because of this. As for bottle, noup..this looks pretty cheap compared to first bottle desgin which looked luxorious, was very heavy and elegant. Liked "bee bottle" more than actual "inverted heart" one. So, dear Guerlain in name of million women, girls around world who adored this perfume for decades please reconsider your decisions. Thank you

I've been wearing L'Instant since it was launched many years ago. My mother also wears this wonderful fragrance. Neither of us can smell it on ourselves, but the number of compliments we both receive when we wear it always makes me smile.
