Glad i received the lamps yesterday. 3 stars plus disappointed because the shades were creased I couldn't fix it bwck to its nice shape. Would like a replacement for both shades of possible. Overall fast delivery, good product, I can visibly see the dents and creases.

The solid black shaded lamps are quite well packaged The pieces screw together into themselves and are not wobbly feel very sturdy. flat, fabric covered cord feels like it won't wear out/crack like the standard plastic ones. The base is heavy which means there's no worry about tipping the lamp over when turning it on or off. The pull chains are excellent and don't cling clang the center pole when released. The light is contained inside the shade it only shines down, not up or through the shade. I love the way they look and I feel they are perfect for the bedroom when I'm not yet ready for the overhead light in the wee hours.

The shades have a distinct green tint which I was not expecting but they look more beige when the light is turned on. and good quality. They give off a nice romantic glow so they work well for the bedroom.

They are simple but elegant all at once!! The fact that the shades came with them is definitely a plus.

Turns out this lamp was just what our little home office needed! but I wanted to bring in a more modern touch. This brings the modern in perfectly without looking like a contrasting piece that doesn't belong. sturdy lamp too! Lamps fit well in my bedroom. They are just the right size.

Most lamps have fabric shades which are dust magnets, You do have to assemble but super easy, base ,2 piece stem/shank and shade that's it. We got to use on our bar console and it was the perfect height The shade is silver tone on inside but appears gold with light turned on. Has two light sockets and each independently controlled with pull chains. Chains, stem/shank and final are in brass tone

Received with boxes partially crushed but lamps were fine

The switches are not very good. and off.
