Correct width, wrong configuration - missing armless chair
We have always had a dining set and were very excited to buy a lounge set for our small patio. The delivery was great and as we set down to assemble (which was not too hard either), we realized that the configuration was incorrect as compared to the description on the Product Page. The set has 3 seats (seat and back cushions) but the actual (wood portion) was a left and right arm chairs only - it was the correct width but instead of 3 pieces (one for each seat), it was 2 pieces because of which we lost the flexibility of removing an armless chair if we had to. The bigger challenge was explaining it to Target customer care who hung the phone on me after being on the call for 40 mins to explain what the issue was. Luckily, another person who I called later was able to help me with the return. Unhappy with Target customer care for wasting my time and not being helpful for sending the wrong item and for their rudeness. The product itself is sturdy but can't speak about Longevity.

happy with my purchase
without knowing yet how it wears, good value for what I paid (on sale) & affordable compared to other similar sets I had looked at. well organized instructions for assembly & able to assemble without a second person. it is the look i was going for. i am 5’11 and can lay down comfortably. the cushions could be a bit thicker for comfort level. it arrived with a small split in one of the slats that i will need to repair with wood glue, but i contacted customer service via chat & we came to an agreeable solution.

This set is really nice! It’s bigger/longer than I expected. I love the flexibility of being able to arrange the items. It was packaged really well when it arrived. Assembly process went smooth and it’s made with real wood. The seats are deep but cushions are on the thinner side. Once I added pillows it was perfect!
