You need one of these!
Great pan - as they all are from this company. I'm in the process of replacing some old pots and pans and these are great. Easy clean up and non-stick without all of the chemicals.

I'm a repeat buyer - these are great pans!
I've purchased these pans several times over the years. The first batch was not induction-ready, and I was sad when I got a new stove and they didn't work. I tried Misen carbon non-stick, which looked really promising, but ended up coming back to the Valencia non-stick. Luckily, the newer versions DO work with induction cooktops so... Yay!!! I've fallen in love with them all over again! :)

love love these fabulous pans make perfect eggs, chicken or sauces, nothing sticks and clean up is so easy The smaller pan is perfect for one portion such as eggs. The larger size is great for making a nice size omlett,sauteing fish or two grilled sandwiches

Love these Pans
I bought these pans because my old ones that I had for many years were worn out. I used them as soon as I received them and I was sooo happy. The food doesn't stick to the pan and cooking feels good again.

These have been great pans overall. As much as I love my stainless steel pans for some things, its been a steep learning curve for some dishes. With these Velencia Pro Ceramic pans, I can have the ease of nonstick without the forever chemicals leaching into my food. I would highly recommend them!
